Corrugated awning overhangs are often forgotten and neglected to be cleaned. As you can see, the algae, lichens and moss have completely taken over the top side of this one. Many times, the algae and lichens eat through the paint causing damage and pitting to the surface. Thankfully, in this case, the painted coating had minimal damage from the organic stains. After our soft wash process, it came out looking amazing!

Check out this 15 year old roof we did last week in eastern Chilliwack - it had previously never been cleaned. There was no pressure used whatsoever to attain these results!
