This customer had her perimeter tile repaired last year, which meant digging up the side of her house along the footing. After a year of settling, the grade had dropped and water was pooling right against the foundation.

We brought in topsoil and added the topsoil where it was needed, restoring proper drainage so water flows away from the house, not down beside it.

Out with the old, in with the new at the Grey Roots Museum! A couple of weeks ago, the crew at Sign Ontario Ltd. brought CJW Contracting in to handle the site prep and groundwork for the museum's brand-new sign. We started by tearing down the old structure, breaking out the concrete foundation, and hauling it off-site. From there, it was all about precision—digging out and slinging in the new concrete pillars so the Sign Ontario team could mount the new sign perfectly. To wrap it all up, we brought in fresh topsoil for a clean final grade and broadcasted grass seed to leave the site looking sharp. Huge thanks to Sign Ontario Ltd. for trusting us with the machine work on this local landmark!
