A progress update on the Stanhope clubhouse.

Site work came first, with excavation and groundwork completed for the exterior. From there the deck framing went in along the waterfront side, then the layout was prepped for decking. Now the exterior finishes are going on, bringing the whole build closer to done.

Cedar cladding, matte black steel canopy work, and clean block masonry on one commercial face.
