The new clubhouse at Stanhope Golf & Country Club is getting so close. The finishes are coming together beautifully, and we haven’t even shown you the lighting yet. The fixtures are some of the most striking we’ve seen in a commercial space on the Island. You’ll see them in the full reveal. We can’t wait to bring you along.

The finish work is where a custom home earns its reputation. Drawer fronts lined up, reveals kept even, hardware set at the same height across the run.

Most people never notice it when it's right. They notice right away when it isn't.

If you're planning a custom home in PEI and care about this level of detail, reach out. We'd be glad to talk.

Next on Ronnies Lane: interior framing.

With the shell closed in, the crew moves inside to frame the walls and lay out the rooms. This is where the floor plan stops being lines on paper and you can finally walk it.

More to come.

Another modular project delivered and set. This one was located on Buell Road in Mermaid PEI.

The thing people don't expect about modular is how normal it feels once you're standing in it. Full kitchen, real cabinetry, nothing compromised.

Curious what modular looks like finished? Message us.

Modular, up close.

People are often surprised how much you get in a modular home. A smart, efficient layout, quality finishes throughout, and a shorter timeline that tends to be easier on the budget. Then it's set on site by our crew and ready to live in.
