Before and after.

Had some really great clients with a really great idea to replace some old weathered siding with some new, maintenance free vinyl shingles. We also replaced the old bump out window with a new fixed window and trimmed it out with LP trims which gave it a bold look. The new siding and windows supplied by gentekcanada turned out beautiful!

Installing LP trims on inside and outside corners of this house. I like to tack them up with a 16 or 18ga nailer first so they can easily be removed or manipulated before they are installed permanently.

Replacing the original ledger flashing that sits on top of a roof that this deck was built on.

This wasn’t part of the original plan but the owners are going to be painting the primed siding once it’s installed and this will just save them the step of having to paint the original flashing that didn’t look too hot.

We’ve had busy couple weeks at our ICF project and expect a couple more. We have door/windows being replaced, window trims being assembled, flashings installed and the East side walls are being completed with jameshardie Board and Batten in anticipation of the stonemason arriving next week. Everything is moving along nicely and it’s great to see the clients vision coming to life.
