It’s not a successful day in the garden unless you’ve lost the pruners at least three times. ✂️🌿

​And it wouldn't be a successful season without all of you! We've had so many job requests come in that our team's schedule is officially maxed out.

​Our remaining 2026 schedule is fully booked, meaning we can't take on any more big cleanups or projects until next spring.

Right now, we are entirely focused on wrapping up our current projects before the season ends... unless, of course, the weather holds out like last year! ☀️🍁

​The mini-bosses took "all hands on deck" very literally today! Our fall fertilization route is officially underway for our seasonal clients.

​Why mid-September? As Calgary cools down, turf stops pushing upward growth and pumps all its energy into the roots. Feeding now gives the grass time to store nutrients before the freeze, ensuring a green comeback next spring.

​We’ll let these two supervise the rest. 🫡🍂

Resourcefulness isn't always about having the perfect tool for every niche situation; it’s about having the ingenuity to make the tools you do have work when the access is tight, the equipment is small, and the rocks are massive.

​They don't teach you in manuals how to navigate a back alley retaining wall with a two-wheelbarrow funnel system, build custom ramps on the fly for awkward steps, or the exact science of using a skid steer as a seesaw counterweight.

​When the job requires less "perfect conditions" and more "we aren't leaving until this is done" energy, we figure it out. If there's a way in, a way through, or a way over, we'll find it. We don't just solve problems; we think of new ways to get things done. 💪

​The board at this Oakridge complex finally decided this neglected bed needed an intervention. We gave it the full reset: a massive w**ding, crisp plastic edging to stop the grass invasion, and a fresh load of bark nugget mulch from Ornamental Stone.
