One of our great customer sent us a few photos after staining the custom cedar entrance we built — and it looks absolutely mint. 🇬🇧🇨🇦

Custom deck, oversized staircase, integrated planters, railing and under-deck storage, all designed and built to work together as one entrance.

The stain has completely brought the cedar to life. Very happy with how this one turned out. 🔨

Excavated down to the footing, foundation prepped, Blueskin waterproofing membrane installed followed by DELTA-MS protection and drainage membrane.

Next up: new weeping tile, washed rock and backfill.

A complete exterior waterproofing system designed to manage water and protect this foundation for years to come. 💧🏠

Love getting the chance to revisit a finished project once it’s actually being lived in 🙌 🇨🇦 🇬🇧

We completed this outdoor transformation with new grass, washed rock, a concrete pad, custom deck and pergola — but seeing the space being used and enjoyed is always better than the day we finish it.

Does your weeping tile look like this? 🇨🇦🇬🇧

This is an old ceramic weeping tile system we uncovered during excavation — packed with dirt and no longer able to drain water effectively.

When your weeping tile becomes clogged or fails, water can build up around the foundation instead of being carried away. That increased water pressure can eventually lead to damp basement walls, leaks, foundation cracks and water entering at the wall/footing joint.

For these homeowners, we’re removing the failed system and installing a complete new exterior waterproofing system, including new weeping tile, washed drainage rock and foundation waterproofing to properly manage water and protect the basement.

What actually goes into an interior waterproofing system? 💧

We don’t just stop water at the wall — we give it a controlled path out of your home.

Our system combines DELTA® drainage membrane, interior weeping tile, washed drainage rock and a sump system. Any water entering through the foundation is directed behind the membrane, down into the drainage system and carried to the sump — rather than ending up on your basement floor.

Once installed, the trench is concreted back in and the system works behind the scenes to keep the basement protected.

Water will always find the easiest path. We make sure that path leads away from your home.
