The Langdon Rebuild continues to take shape.

Framing has progressed significantly, with roof sheathing nearing completion and the home's design becoming more defined every day.

Behind the scenes, we're also awaiting the groundwork inspection before preparing for the basement concrete pour—another important milestone in keeping the project moving forward.

Every stage builds the foundation for the quality and craftsmanship that will follow.

Plenty is happening behind the walls at Olds Acreage I.

Electrical rough-ins are underway, gas has been installed and pressurized, and the septic system is nearly ready for inspection. With the home's mechanical systems progressing alongside the interior framing, another major milestone is being completed before insulation begins.

It's exciting to see this custom home continue taking shape from the inside out.

From the basement groundwork to a fully framed home, this custom acreage is quickly becoming a space that showcases its thoughtful layout, soaring ceilings, and incredible natural light. Every week brings more of the homeowners' vision to life, and it's exciting to see the design beginning to reveal itself.

A well-designed mudroom isn't about adding more cabinetry. It's about making everyday life a little easier.

Construction continues to move forward at Crossfield Acreage I.

Over the past few weeks, waterproofing has been completed, drainage systems installed, and backfilling is nearly finished. The water line from the well has been brought into the home, the septic outflow is in place, and electrical service is next on the schedule before plumbing begins.

Even after a summer hailstorm left the site needing to be pumped out again, progress hasn't slowed. Every milestone brings this custom acreage one step closer to becoming home.

Water Valley Acreage IV | Progress Update.

A lot has changed over the past couple of weeks.

- Plumbers were on site connecting the water heater and mechanical systems.�- The siding has been completed, giving the home its finished exterior appearance.�- Eavestroughs have now been installed, adding another major finishing touch.�- Backfilling around the window wells is next as work continues toward the final stages of construction.

Every update brings this custom acreage home one step closer to completion. Stay tuned as we continue sharing the journey from the ground up.

The first-floor framing is complete, interior walls are taking shape, and the stairs are now installed, allowing crews to move efficiently onto the second floor. While framing continues above, work is also underway below with basement groundworks, natural gas preparations, and cabinet layout planning already in motion.

It's exciting to see multiple trades working together as this custom home continues to come to life.

Water Valley Acreage IV is coming together.

Over the past couple of weeks, we've reached some exciting milestones on this custom home.

- The home is fully wrapped�
- Front, rear, and garage stairs are complete�
- The basement framing is finished�
- The remaining exterior doors have arrived on site
�- Siding installation is now underway, giving the home its finished character

Inside, we're continuing to fine-tune the details as construction moves forward—including adjustments for the custom built-ins around the fireplace.

Every visit brings this home one step closer to completion, and we can't wait to share what's next.
