Olds Acreage I is going vertical.

July kicked off with the framers hard at work and trusses beginning to go up, marking another major step in bringing this custom acreage home to life.

Inside, the layout is taking shape while groundwork continues below—one stage building on the next as the structure moves closer to being fully enclosed.

There’s still plenty of work ahead, but this is always an exciting point in a build: when plans on paper start looking unmistakably like a home.

July progress is underway at Water Valley Acreage IV.

Electricians have been back on site continuing the rough-in work throughout the home, while dirt work continues outside on behalf of the homeowner.

The finish carpenter has also been on site completing measurements for the work still to come.

It’s a stage where a lot is happening at once—inside, outside and behind the walls—as this custom acreage continues moving forward.

Many people wait to contact a builder because they think they need to have everything figured out first.

The truth is, you don't.

You don't need completed blueprints, every finish selected, or all the answers before starting the conversation.

A good first meeting is about understanding your goals, your lifestyle, your budget, your property, and what you want your future home to achieve. From there, the planning process becomes a collaboration.

If you're thinking about building, don't worry about having every detail finalized.

Sometimes the best place to start is simply with a conversation.

Things are really starting to take shape at Cremona Acreage I.

With framing well underway, roofing progressing, and windows being installed, the home's architecture is becoming easier to see with every visit to site. Inside, the soaring rooflines and open spaces are beginning to reveal just how impressive this home will feel once complete.

And with views like these surrounding it, the setting is every bit as special as the home itself.

More progress to come as we continue bringing this custom acreage to life.

Construction isn't just about what goes up—it's also about everything that happens before framing begins.

Careful planning, utility coordination, and site preparation help ensure the next stages of construction move efficiently and set the home up for long-term success.

Progress continues at our Langdon Rebuild, and we're excited to share each milestone along the way.

Most people see a finished home.

Builders see everything that happened before the walls ever went up.

Even with utility locates, site plans, and careful preparation, construction sometimes uncovers unexpected conditions hidden below the surface. Existing infrastructure, undocumented utility locations, and site-specific conditions are simply part of building.

What matters is having a process.

When something unexpected is discovered, work stops. The site is made safe, the appropriate utility providers and trades are brought in, and the issue is resolved properly before construction continues.

It's not the most exciting part of building a custom home—but it's one of the most important.

Experience isn't just measured by the homes a builder completes. It's measured by the professionalism, communication, and care they bring when the unexpected happens.

Every custom home begins with the work that most people never see.

With the foundation complete, waterproofing in place, and utility rough-ins underway, the Langdon Rebuild is steadily taking shape. Every stage lays the groundwork for everything that follows, and taking the time to do it right makes all the difference.

Stay tuned as this rebuild continues to come to life.

Construction at Madden Acreage III continued to move steadily through May and into June, with several major milestones completed along the way.

Over the past several weeks, windows have been installed, electrical, plumbing and HVAC rough-ins have been completed, concrete floors have been poured, and the roof is now in place. With inspections up next, this custom home is one step closer to insulation, drywall, and the exciting interior transformations that follow.

Every stage builds on the last, and it's rewarding to see another custom home continuing to come together exactly as planned.

From the first framing crew on site in mid-May to windows being installed by the end of June, Cremona Acreage I has made incredible progress in just a few short weeks.

Over the past two months, we've watched this custom acreage home evolve from basement walls to a fully framed structure, complete with roof trusses and the first windows going in. Every milestone brings the vision one step closer to becoming reality.

There's still plenty to come, and we're looking forward to sharing the next stage of the journey.

Looking back at the early stages of Madden Acreage III.

Every custom home begins with a strong foundation—and over the course of these early milestones, this acreage home made incredible progress. From excavation and foundation work to framing, stair installation, and plumbing rough-ins, each stage brought the vision one step closer to reality.

While many of these details will eventually be hidden behind finished walls, they're some of the most important parts of the build. It's the care and craftsmanship behind the scenes that create a home built to last.

We're looking forward to sharing the next chapter as Madden Acreage III continues to come together.
