Hexagon mosaic floor. Subway tile walls. Custom glass enclosure. Chrome fixtures throughout. And waterproofed critically.

Clean. Timeless. Built to last.

This is what a bathroom looks like when the ex*****on matches the vision.

This is an active condo renovation in the GTA.

Floors pulled. Doors out. Partial gut in progress.

To work in a building like this you need more than tools — you need WSIB coverage, proper insurance, and a contractor the property management will actually approve.

We have all of it.

Critical Choice is fully licensed, fully insured, and WSIB certified. We handle the paperwork, the building requirements, and the renovation — so you don’t have to manage any of it.

If you’ve been told your condo can’t be renovated because you can’t find a contractor who qualifies — that’s us.

The bedrooms and bathrooms on a custom build are where most contractors cut corners.
You won’t find that here.
Every room finished to the same standard as the main floor. Trim work, lighting, and millwork details that carry through the whole house — not just the rooms people see first.
This is what consistency looks like on a build.

Most basements collect boxes.
This one has a gym, a bar, and a bathroom you’d find on the main floor of a luxury build.
Same fine carpentry. Same LED lighting. Same standard as every other floor in this house — because the finish line doesn’t move based on which level you’re on.
This is what it looks like when the basement is actually part of the home.

This is the main floor of a brand new custom build in the Oakville.
Every detail was intentional. Cabinet layout designed around how the kitchen actually gets used. LED lighting integrated into the millwork — not added on top of it. Fine carpentry throughout that you feel before you can explain why.
This is what it looks like when nothing is an afterthought.

They wanted a deck. We built them a reason to use their backyard.
Picture frame border. Angled corner. Custom cedar picnic table built to match. Clean skirting all the way around — including the sides nobody asked about.
This is what pressure treated looks like when it’s done right.
