Detailed metal roofing replacement on two multi-family buildings in BC.

This project was part of a larger building-envelope repair after water infiltration issues affected the older roof and stucco systems.

Calibre replaced several architectural metal roof areas across both buildings, including:

• New membrane
• Exterior mesh
• Custom metal flashings
• New metal roofing

Some of the most important work was at the parapet-to-roof transitions, where careful membrane detailing, custom saddles, and flashing were required to help the system shed water properly.

We also worked over existing torch-on roofing, so our crew stayed on top of screws, clippings, and metal offcuts throughout the installation to protect the membrane below.
