Sharing a sneak peek at the Simcoe job, we are into modest sized bungalow on a sweet piece of land and so close that I might mention to a great fishery as we approach trout opener, really living a good life from the Lord.
We have renovated much of the house with total wall repair and layout changes. Finding things under the lid always happens and we will always do the correct thing for our clients. Bearing supports that we're missing, unsafe access doors, upgraded panel services all done with care and caution. Our jem that's being formed is the newly renovated space for a large open 10×8 bathroom featuring a freestanding tub on its own raised part of floor. Alot of hours were spent in the rebuilding of this part of the house, by removing a closet for the extra 20' allowing room forth 4 pice bathroom.
Lifting the structure back to a level and true position was challenging as it had to be done in a space less than 24" and never knowing quite fully how these changes of pressure and physics will react we were confident in our ability to execute this. The outcome was amazing and nothing short of a resurrection. Why all this work?
