🔨 SHINGLER
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Shingler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in roofing, shingling, and general construction work.
Duties:
✔Install, repair, and replace various types of roof shingles
✔Perform tasks such as caulking, using hand tools, and reading blueprints
✔Work on residential or commercial buildings
✔Ensure roofs are properly sealed and weatherproofed
✔Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
Requirements:
▪️Experience with lifting and working at heights
▪️Proficiency in caulking techniques
▪️Skilled in using hand tools common in roofing work
▪️Previous experience as a maintenance person or carpenter is advantageous
▪️Strong ability to build and repair roofs effectively
👷 ROOFING SUPERVISOR
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry and construction, overseeing projects, and ensuring quality workmanship.
Duties:
✔Supervise and coordinate construction projects
✔Manage a team of carpenters and laborers
✔Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
✔Read and interpret blueprints
✔Perform heavy lifting as needed
✔Utilize hand tools for various tasks
✔Conduct quality checks on completed work
✔Provide guidance and training to team members
Experience:
▪️Previous experience as a Roofer or in a similar role
▪️Proficient in blueprint reading
▪️Ability to perform heavy lifting
▪️Knowledge of caulking techniques
▪️Familiarity with hand tools and equipment
▪️Strong leadership and communication skills
▪️Maintenance Person skills are a plus
📋 ROOFING SALES & ESTIMATING PROFESSIONAL

This role combines field inspections, estimating, and sales into a rewarding career with a trusted roofing company that has been around for three generations!
Duties:
✔ Conduct roof inspections and assessments
✔ Measure roofs and prepare accurate estimates
✔ Create and present professional proposals
✔ Help customers understand their roofing options
✔ Guide homeowners through insurance claims when needed
✔ Turn leads into satisfied customers
✔ Work closely with our project management team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to installation
