Got the living room ceiling detail complete (9 square caufford)
Railing wall for stairs is all framed up. Ready for vintage 100 year old reclaimed railing.
Got master bedroom vault ceiling finished.
Basement has panel and electrical finished up. I installed a 100amp panel in basement to make the electrical more efficient. Furnace is in and happy to see progress.

120 bags of mixed concrete for footing, 16’ of field stone wall removed at 22” thick by 8’ high, graded, 2/3 of a tie-axle and a plumber.
Oh I forgot the 20 bags to parged walls.
Just have to spray foam and pour slab and basement is 730 sq ft and ready for interior frame walls
