Close Call!! Came close to hitting a high pressure sprinkler pipe today while doing a retrofit renovation in Burnaby. These pipes cannot be shutoff in the apartment. Could've ended up with a lot of damage without careful demolition.

Some before and after photos of one of our latest projects. Electrical, ducting, plumbing and ceiling fan retorofits for our client. Repaired all the drywall protrusions created to run electric and plumbing, skimmed textured ceilings, painting, framing and drywall to accept retrofitted ceiling fan in the bedroom.
