Elgin County Plumbing is growing, and we’re looking for a Part-Time Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team!
Are you friendly, organized, dependable, and great with people? We want to hear from you!
🔹 Answer customer calls and inquiries
🔹 Schedule service and installation appointments
🔹 Communicate with customers, technicians, and suppliers
🔹 Assist with office administration and record keeping
🔹 Welcome customers visiting our showroom
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Customer service experience
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Comfortable using computers and learning new software
✔ Positive attitude and professional appearance
✔ Experience in plumbing, HVAC, construction, retail, or service industries is an asset
What We Offer:
✅ Monday–Friday daytime hours
✅ Flexible schedule (approximately 25–30 hours/week)
✅ $22–$25/hour based on experience
