Needed to make some custom rounded aprons and this was the best way to do it! Hardest part is finding the angle and tilt of the blade to get the cove profile you want. Once that’s dialled in, it’s little passes at a time till it’s fully cut! Sure is a messy process though…

This island finally got its top and it’s time to shine! Solid oak with substantial legs , I’m hooked on making these style islands. More of a furniture piece rather than a cabinetry solution . In my opinion much more classy 🎩

We’ve been hard at work milling up a tonne of wood for a latest orders , included in that is about 10 or 11 large table along with some other odds and ends .
The worst part of this process is dealing with all the shavings! 4 trailer loads have been disposed of and there’s still more left!

Oh man, we have some huge news… we just got the keys to our new shop! 🔑🎉
Having this extra space means we can finally set up the ultimate CNC workflow, scale up our custom builds, and actually have room to breathe while making furniture.
We have a massive amount of work to do to build this place out before we can even think about moving the tools in, but we wanted to show you guys right from day one.
We’re going to document the whole transformation, so make sure to follow along to see how we turn this empty shell into our new HQ! 🪵🛠️

This year, we’re doing a few major upgrades both in and out of the shop to increase production speed, streamline our workflow, and make the business a less stressful, more enjoyable place to work.
Step one is officially here. 🪵⚙️
We’ve brought in a CNC from to help us scale up. This machine is going to completely change the timeline for making templates, handle heavy-lifting tasks like flattening slabs, and unlock a whole new level of precision and detail work that we couldn’t take on before.
First up: getting the machine dialled in and flattening the spoilboard. Stay tuned to see what else is coming to the shop this year!

Had custom legs built for a table we were working on but our client needed a bit extra space under the table. This meant a little bit of surgery to them on the bandsaw.

Insanely beautiful walnut table we wrapped up. This one extends from 48 round to 8ft oval. A very tricky feat to double in size a round table but we figured it out!
