The deck was rotting. The real problem was underneath it.

Rotting deck out, French drain in. We opened up along the foundation, installed geotex fabric along the trench, and laid perforated pipe with screen in 3/4 clear stone. Then regraded the yard so water runs away from the house instead of toward it.

If water pools against your foundation every spring, that's a conversation worth having before the ground freezes. Send us a message and we'll take a look.

A big first step in a multi-phase exterior upgrade for this home.

We removed the rotted portico and concrete step, dismantled the old radio tower, and built this permitted 28-foot deck in its place.

New exterior finishes, a tin roof and additional upgrades will follow as the project continues.
