My business is built on four pillars Honesty, integrity, respect, and quality.
These form the foundation of what I feel my clients are truly looking for in a contractor. Trust!
Trust that they will be:
satisfied, happy, receive quality work, pay a fair price and will have there expectations met.
Have a contractor who will: be punctual, professional, respectful, and competent. One who has pride in their work, won’t rush and takes their time to do whatever is necessary to make it right.
Unfortunately, it is a competitive world and often it’s the bottom line that clients focus on when hiring a contractor.
When a contractor is doing a job for a set price the client, at times is charged far more than they should be. On the flip side, often a quote is far less then what it should be and the contractor cuts corners or rushes. Either way it’s the client who looses in the end.
That’s why I charge by the hour,
keep my clients well informed of my progress and any issues that arise. I endeavour to provide my clients with an updated invoice at the end of every day. In this way they can monitor their cost daily so they can budget accordingly.
Whether it’s a large job, or just a list of small jobs that desperately need to get done. I will always do my best to make sure work is completed correctly so my clients are happy.
In a small town like Amherstburg I can’t think of a more rewarding job than helping my neighbours enjoy their homes.
