We are growing and looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our concrete team.
Positions Available:
Lead Hand (Formwork & Concrete)
Experienced Concrete Formworkers
Concrete Finishers
General Labourers
Requirements:
-Experience in concrete formwork and/or finishing preferred
-Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation considered an asset
-Strong work ethic and positive attitude
-Ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a team
Lead Hand Requirements:
-Proven experience leading a crew
-Ability to read plans and coordinate work on-site
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Experience with layout, formwork, placing, and finishing concrete
