Bay View & Sea Star Apartments 2 Very Safe, Clean and very affordable rental complexes in the hear of San Pedro Town. We prefer ADULTS ONLY but are open to ALL requests and ideas.

Bay View and Sea Star Apartments both recently renovated rooms and grounds! We do weekly rentals....both rental properties go for $125.00 a week - Utilities included!! Bay View & Sea Star Apartments (both properties) located very close to town - however not in the same location proudly offers the BEST ROOMS in town for long term or short term rentals if requested. We offer Cable Service, Electric

and Water with the rental rate. ALL rooms in both properties go for $125.00 weekly. Rent is due on the 7th day of every week...based on your original CHECK IN date. We require a 2 week's deposit upon entering any of our rooms. The first week is due along with the first week of rent and the second week deposit is due before the first 4 weeks (from check in date) is over. Amenities include: Onsite Caretaker, Fenced yard, Clean grounds and a laundry room (at one of the properties only)!
