Sometimes it’s the little things that make the biggest difference.

We recently completed maintenance work at Aquinas College by repairing rusted areas, sealing open seams on the galvanized roof panels, and painting the repaired sections to match the existing finish. A little preventative maintenance today can add years to the life of a roof.

This one was all about giving the building a new lease on life.

Three roofs stripped, pressure cleaned, concrete repaired, cracks sealed, and four reinforced coats with fiberglass fabric applied from top to bottom. Now it’s clean, watertight, and ready for whatever the weather brings.

Our crew removed the existing PAC-CLAD panels, replaced some of the structural purlins and C-channels, installed new insulation and finished with new panels to revive this roof.

Anyone can cut a hole in a roof… the skill is making sure it never leaks. 😂 Skylights installed, flashed, TPO installed, and finished with custom aluminum flashing.
