Ok this is sad for that community I’m sure. I am not certain of why it failed but I can guesstimate that CORROSION is on the list. So now that it’s condemned, means that we have a chance to build something stronger, that will last a much longer time. Why not Use Fiberglass Rebar to construct the next one? It’s the PERFECT SOLUTION for the rebuild. !
