Did a job for the lake soccer club in milbury, oh. They had a couple goal posts with broken cracks. I came out, cleaned up the area and prepped everything, and wrapped around the area a couple times each in an attempt to give the areas some extra strength! Repairs like these are hard to say how long it will last but I always try to give a warranty on my work to ensure customer satisfaction!

Executive assistant of operations for perrysburg schools reached out yesterday, needed an aluminum gate welded back together.
It was clear that the gate was slammed open ripping the welds off the 3/8" plate from gust of wind.
I came over with the mobile rig, full setup with shield gas and torch set, cleaned the paint and grinded the welds, measured everything to be centered and square and tacked my blocks back on.
Afterwards I used the torch to preheat the pieces and wrapped my corners to ensure a good weld!
Put the gate back in place and used it to make sure it turns good. Customer was happy and so am i!

Did a repair on a tri axle 100k cargo bay camper trailer today, not sure what he did but the spring bracket got ripped off and was halfway cracked on the other side, came through with my setup, cleaned everything, made new brackets and rewelded everything out after grooving for pe*******on!
Customer was really happy and the welds were solid, overall good repair!

Second job i did today was an emergency job as the truck leaves in the morning. One of the shop guys was torch happy and melted the bracket for one of the braces so I came by and welded it back together, whole and grinded flush. Customer was happy and the job went well! Did a couple jobs today, this one was a second story balcony job where I had to weld the tabs to the side posts, like usual I cleaned up all the areas and removed any paint! Did a big job Friday for my client at souls enterprises Ltd., messed the truck up monday, so I had to come out and clean up!😎
Cut out all the bent metal down to the dump bedframe, then used new and existing materials to build a slightly smaller top mast for the truck.
Built to customer specs using blueprints and dimensions, cleaned off paint from weld seams, cleaned with each pass and gusseted the sides front and back with 1/8" plate and 2x2 angle.

Did a late night emergency job for a customer last night, needed it for this morning but basically he rammed it snapping the roll track for the guide wheels and a bracket on the other side, I came and cleaned up the material, beveled the edges much as I could, welded everything out (inside pin holes also), welded the bracket vert up and reamed out the pin hole to fit the bearing pin with little sway!
Overall it was a difficult job but I got it done, got it working and looking good! The customer was happy I was happy and it should last at least another couple years.
