Job Title: Business Development Officer
Company: Ava Atelier – Interior Design, Construction & Landscape
Location: H #148, R #04, Mohakhali Dohs, Dhaka.
Employment Type: Full-time

Ava Atelier is a creative and dynamic interior firm specializing in interior design, construction, and landscape design. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager with at least 3 years of experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
** Identify and connect with potential clients to generate business opportunities.

** Build and maintain strong relationships between Ava Atelier and clients.

**Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand our market reach.

** Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

** Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.

** Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities.

** Represent Ava Atelier at networking events, industry expos, and client meetings.

Requirements:
*** Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in interior design, product, construction, or related industries.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of the interior design and construction industry is a plus.
