ট্রেনিং ও চাকরির সুযোগ সংক্রান্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য:

আপনার কি ইন্টেরিয়র বা ফার্নিচার সম্পর্কিত নিট ড্রাফটিং এবং BOM করার অভিজ্ঞতা আছে। আপনি কি অস্ট্রেলিয়ান স্ট্যান্ডার্ড এ BOM ও Drafting করতে পারেন। আপনি কি Microvellum CAD এ manufacting details করতে পারেন। Australian standard এ BOM এন্ড Drafting এ special experience lagbe। তাহলে সরাসরি apply করুন। আপনার CV আমাকে পাঠান। আর যদি না থাকে তাহলে আমাদের ট্রেনিং সেশন এ join করুন। আমরা আপনাকে ট্রেনিং দিবো কিভাবে আমাদের সাথে কাজ করতে হয়। সিদ্ধান্ত আপনার।

তবে আগ্রহ প্রকাশ করলেই ট্রেনিংয়ের জন্য নির্বাচিত হওয়া নিশ্চিত নয়। সংক্ষিপ্ত সাক্ষাৎকারের মাধ্যমে সর্বোচ্চ ২০ জন প্রার্থীকে ট্রেনিংয়ের জন্য নির্বাচন করা হবে।

ট্রেনিংয়ের জন্য নির্বাচিত না হলে কোনো পেমেন্ট করতে হবে না। সাক্ষাৎকারের পর নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীদের ট্রেনিং ও পেমেন্ট সংক্রান্ত বিস্তারিত তথ্য জানানো হবে।

এটি একটি পেইড, প্রজেক্ট-ভিত্তিক প্রফেশনাল ট্রেনিং, যেখানে পরবর্তীতে MJDES Interior-এর সঙ্গে কাজ করার সুযোগ থাকবে।

ট্রেনিংয়ের কাঠামো:

১ম মাস — সরাসরি Face-to-Face Training
সপ্তাহে ৩ দিন, মোট ১ মাস।

২য়–৩য় মাস — Online Practical Project Work

চাকরির সঙ্গে সম্পর্কিত বাস্তব প্রজেক্টে কাজের সুযোগ থাকবে। নিজের সুবিধামতো সময়ে কাজ করা যাবে এবং প্রয়োজনীয় গাইডলাইন ও মূল্যায়ন দেওয়া হবে।

ট্রেনিং শেষে প্রত্যেক প্রশিক্ষণার্থীকে Practical Assessment/Test দিতে হবে।

চাকরির সুযোগ:

সফল প্রশিক্ষণার্থীদের মধ্য থেকে পারফরম্যান্স ও উপলব্ধ পদের ভিত্তিতে প্রায় ৫–৬ জনকে MJDES Interior-এ চাকরির জন্য বিবেচনা করা হবে।

অন্য সফল প্রশিক্ষণার্থীদেরও প্রজেক্টের প্রয়োজন ও ব্যক্তিগত পারফরম্যান্সের ভিত্তিতে Casual Project Worker / Freelancer হিসেবে MJDES Interior-এর সঙ্গে কাজ করার সুযোগ থাকতে পারে।

ট্রেনিংয়ে ভর্তি না হলে এই চাকরি বা কাজের সুযোগের জন্য বিবেচনা করা হবে না।

চাকরির শর্ত:
যেসব সফল প্রার্থীকে চাকরির জন্য নির্বাচন করা হবে:

৬ মাসের Probation Period

Probation চলাকালীন মাসিক বেতন: BDT 25,000

পারফরম্যান্স সন্তোষজনক না হলে Probation Period বাড়ানো হতে পারে।

Probation সফলভাবে শেষ করার পর কাজের দক্ষতা ও পারফরম্যান্সের ভিত্তিতে বেতন পুনর্মূল্যায়ন করা হবে।

Permanent employees-এর জন্য কোম্পানির নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী Annual Leave ও Sick Leave

কাজের ধরন ও প্রজেক্টের প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী Work-from-Home করার সুযোগ থাকতে পারে।

ট্রেনিং ফি ফেরত:

যেসব প্রশিক্ষণার্থী পরবর্তীতে MJDES Interior-এ চাকরিতে যোগ দেবেন এবং ২ বছর কাজ চালিয়ে যাবেন, তাদের ট্রেনিং ফি বেতনের অতিরিক্ত Bonus হিসেবে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে, প্রযোজ্য শর্তাবলী সাপেক্ষে।

Training & Employment Information:

So far, 25 people have shown interest in the upcoming training, and I am expecting to hear from more interested candidates before the selection process.

Please note that showing interest does not guarantee selection. Only 20 candidates will be selected for the training after a short interview.

No payment is required if you are not selected for the training. Selected candidates will receive the full training and payment details after the interview.

This is a paid, project-oriented training programme with an opportunity to work with MJDES Interior.

Training Structure:

Month 1 — Face-to-Face Training
3 days per week for 1 month.

Month 2–3 — Online Practical Project Work

Job-related practical work that can be completed at your own time, with guidance and assessment.

At the end of the programme, trainees will complete a practical assessment/test.

Employment Opportunity:

- Around 5–6 successful trainees may be offered employment with MJDES Interior, subject to performance and available positions.
- Other successful trainees may have the opportunity to work with MJDES Interior as casual project workers/freelancers, depending on project requirements and performance.

If you do not enrol in the training, you will not be considered for these work opportunities.

Employment Conditions:

For successful candidates offered employment:

- 6-month probation period
- Starting salary during probation: BDT 25,000 per month
- The probation period may be extended if performance does not meet the required standard.
- After successful completion of probation, salary will be reviewed based on work capability and performance.
- Annual leave and sick leave for permanent employees, subject to company policy.

- Work-from-home opportunities may be available depending on the role and project requirements.

Training Fee Refund:

For trainees who are subsequently employed by MJDES Interior and continue working with the company for 2 years, the training fee will be refunded as a bonus in addition to their salary, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

Hi, I am Sharif, a Mechanical Engineer with a B.Sc. in Engineering from Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology (CUET), Bangladesh, an MBA in Finance & Costing from IUB, Dhaka, and a Graduate Diploma in Building Construction from Melbourne, Australia.

I have almost 20 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, furniture & cabinet making, interior design, construction, estimating and project management. I currently work with a large manufacturing company in Australia.

I have also recently established a company in Bangladesh and I am now looking to develop a talented team of engineers, architects and CAD professionals in Bangladesh who can work to Australian and international standards.

I will be visiting Bangladesh in December and am planning to conduct a short, practical, project-oriented workshop for people who are serious about developing their professional skills.

The training will focus on:

o Australian-standard CAD drafting

o Interior design & space planning

o Furniture & cabinet design/detailing

o Reading and understanding architectural drawings

o Quantity take-off from architectural drawings

o BOQ preparation

o Material identification & costing

o Practical estimating techniques

o Professional documentation and drawing standards

o Understanding how Australian projects are prepared and managed

The training will include a practical assessment/test. Participants who successfully complete the training and pass the assessment will be considered for employment with my Bangladesh company, based on available positions and individual performance.
