The Plan Layout has two entries from the lift lobby (Formal living and Dining) privacy levels. The Master bed and Child Bed-1 is at the south facing. The apartment has 3 toilets (2 attached and 1 common, and a seperate small wc for helping hand). The house on 5 katha land accomodates 4 bedrooms. The Roooms has full length window openings at North and South. The walls are kept considering the furniture layout preplanned. The Formal living , which shares a west wall has a green buffering to reduce heat gain. the entry doors of the Masterbed and Childbed-1 is from the family living, considering further indirect entry and privacy. Privace is an important element of the apartments in Bangladeshi context, but such privacy has to be achieved without compromising open-ness to the plan. The house has ample daylight and ventilation with its 8 feet high window openings. Lastly, the MGC free space has been left at the front of the house, the entry to the house is through the 25 feet wide road from the South.
