About the Role:
You will be responsible for a variety of administration tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your role will involve:
• General administration duties and office support
• Assisting with scheduling, emails, and correspondence
• Document management and data entry
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and team members
• Providing direct support to the business owner in a PA capacity
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Highly organised with excellent time management and computer skills
• A positive, can-do problem solver with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working both independently and in a team, and able to pivot from task to task
• Experienced in administration (experience in the construction industry is a valued bonus)
• Able to work face-to-face from our office
