Stage 6 -Complete! 🎉And what a transformation 🙌
We're now at the finished stage, and it's looks stunning.

✅ Coping tiles completed. ✨
✅ Premium glass bead pebble interior complete ✨💧
✅ Salt and pepper exposed aggregate. 🩶
✅ Pool filtration system connected and humming along ⚙️💦 ✅Crystal clear water, and ready to enjoy 🌊☀️

A huge thanks to everyone involved in getting this one over the line. 🙏
Special thankyou to our clients, who have been exceptional to deal with from start to finish. Great people make a great experience. 🩶

It has been our pleasure bringing this project to life for them.

On to the serious stuff...

Our client chose Salt and pepper exposed aggregate for the surrounds. Nice Choice. It matches in beautifully with their choice of coping tile.
Not too dark, and not too light.
It really allows the beautiful Fijian Seas 100% Glass pebble to pop its light blue colour through the crystal-clear water.

The night will be sensational with the colour adjustable lights we installed, with 7 choices of colour to really allow mood changes.
All controlled from the HALO Go app directly on the phone.

Now the pool has been filled and the quality equipment from Astral pools has been commissioned.
The pool has been balanced, and everything is running exactly as designed. From start to finish.
It is always a pleasure helping create an Oasis for a family to enjoy.

Now we are out of the way, the gardens will come to life, and the BBQ area will take shape. The client has chosen to custom build their own pool equipment shelter.

Another great part of SJL Projects, we are happy to fit in where you need us.

We're excited to share the next stage of this pool transformation!

✅ Coping tiles installed
✅ Glass bead pebblecrete applied ✅ Pool edging taking shape
✅ Another step closer to the finished result

The glass bead pebblecrete not only provides a durable and long-lasting surface but also creates a beautiful sparkle effect in the water when the sun hits it. Combined with the new coping tiles, the pool is already starting to take on its fresh new look.
Stay tuned as we move into the final stages and bring this project to completion.

🚧 STEP 4: Spraying the Concrete Shell 🚧

This stage is where the pool really starts to come to life 👌

Concrete is sprayed to form the structural shell — the backbone of the entire pool 💪

Before spraying begins:
💡 All lighting fixtures are installed
🔧 Leaf traps and return jets are piped and connected to the filtration system

You can now really see the final shape taking form 👀

The shell is intentionally left with a rough finish to ensure proper adhesion for the upcoming PebbleCrete application.

Next up:
✨ Coping tiles
✨ PebbleCrete finish

The client has chosen Fijian Seas — a stunning selection featuring crisp white tones, vibrant blue and a subtle hint of green glass bead 🌊

This one is going to look incredible when complete.

Every measurement, level and detail matters at this stage to make sure the final result is spot on.

Next up: concrete going in 👀

Out with the old 👋

The existing fibreglass pool has now been fully removed, making way for a properly built concrete pool.

This stage is all about stripping everything back and starting fresh — ensuring the new pool is built on solid ground from day one.

No shortcuts, no patch jobs… just doing it right from the start.
