We build custom spaces for clients, specifically tiny homes, offices, and more, but we wanted to build one for ourselves so we could design it exactly the way we wanted. This allowed us to add a few features that created a high-end finish.

We are very excited for the person who purchases it to enjoy it as much as we loved designing and building it!

From a bare container to a fully functioning tiny home, we couldn’t be happier with how this one turned out!

20ft Container Home Build: Here’s Where We’re At!

Our latest tiny home build is moving full steam ahead. Painting is now complete, and we’re gearing up to install the kitchen next. Every detail is coming together just as we envisioned, modern, purposeful, and designed to feel like a home.

We’ve been working hard behind the scenes, and we’re proud of how far it’s come. We’re on track for completion in August and can’t wait to show you the final result!

We thought it would be good to give some insight into why we decided to modify a shipping container. We chose to use a container because it’s fully relocatable, like a tiny home on wheels, yet more affordable and durable. We envisioned someone purchasing it for a guest studio, a peaceful weekend escape, or a wise Airbnb investment.

There are a few other companies that do this, but what sets us apart is the quality and attention to detail. We noticed many container homes on the market felt cheaply made or poorly thought out, so we set out to create something different. This home has been carefully designed and built to feel open, bright, and truly livable, with thoughtful features, quality craftsmanship, and a clean, modern look that suits both rural and coastal settings, all while remaining affordable.
