Waterproofing is so important and can costly if not done properly. We tackle this with a double layered approach. First we install a base membrane then install a cement screed over to create falls to wastes. Then once dry we apply another membrane layer over that. If the first one fails the secondary will contain the water and protect the building structure.

Protecting building materials that are exposed to the elements is a top priority for us, especially by the coast. Which is why we epoxy coat all our external galvanised lintels
