🧺 The hardest working room in the home.

If your floor plan is getting tight or you’d like to pinch some square meterage to use elsewhere then you may consider stacking your washing machine and dryer.

Perhaps the intent is not to make your laundry smaller but to instead make room for something else like a chest freezer or additional cabinetry. There is also less bending required when your dryer is in the higher position.

Given the amount of time we spend in the laundry (well for some of us anyway 🫣), make sure you take the time to design it just the way you’d like it. 😉

What a beautiful home (and great landscaping, thanks AI 😉).

The owners of this property worked one-on-one with our design team to create a home that was just right for them.

Our Cove display home at the Wonthaggi Display Village was the original inspiration, but from there, we tailored the floor plan to achieve the best outcome for the way they wanted to live.

Think sun-drenched living areas, functional spaces and a floor plan that just works.
