• You are going to construct: Be sure to abide by the regulations and steer clear of any surprises that may arise underground.
• If you're subdividing land: Seek assistance with easements and approvals.
• You're in the middle of building: Make sure to correctly mark it out and complete it with the appropriate certifications.
• You don't know where boundaries are: Prevent future neighbour disputes
