****LOOKING FOR OUR NEXT 1st YEAR APPRENTICE***

We are a busy, small family operated plumbing business, with consistent and long term work. We have 9 employees currently and based in the Northern Suburbs with our workshop in Willaston . However our work is spread out throughout Adelaide and SA.

Our work includes:
- new homes (1st fix, 2nd fix, stacks, underfloors)
- excavation and laying drains and septic tanks
- maintenance plumbing/general maintenance;
- HWS installations and diagnosing HWS problems
- installation of rainwater tanks and pumps

We are looking to take on a reliable 1st year apprentice who is wanting consistent work in the above areas, has a good work ethic and can work as part of a team.

We currently have full time hours and are interested in hearing from serious applicants ASAP.

It would be preferable if the successful applicant had a White Card and would be willing to come on a trial before being signed up.

We are a rapidly growing plumbing business with consistent and long term work. We are based in the Northern Suburbs with out workshop in Salisbury Plain but our work is spread out throughout Adelaide and SA.

We are looking for workers who are either:
1. a Qualified Plumber who has experience in:
- new homes (1st fix, 2nd fix, stacks, underfloors)
- maintenance plumbing/general maintenance; including servicing breeches and taps
- HWS installations and diagnosing HWS problems
- installation of rainwater tanks and pumps
2. A 4th year plumbing apprentice who is looking for consistent work in the above areas.

In addition, it would be preferable if you also had knowledge and experience in:
- bathroom renovations
- gas service lines and commissioning gas appliances
- operating skills and drain laying

We currently have full time hours and are wanting serious applicants ASAP as we have a lot of ongoing work coming in that we need to keep on top of. We are looking to take someone on for long term work opportunities full time. Or alternatively a Subcontractor that is available for immediate start.
Hourly rate negotiable depending on experience and work quality.
Incentives will be offered.
The successful applicant will need to start ASAP and be reliable with a White Card.

We are a growing small plumbing business with consistent and long term work. Our warehouse is based in the Northern Suburbs but our work is spread out throughout Adelaide and SA.

Our work is varied and includes:
- new homes (1st fix, 2nd fix, stacks, underfloors)
- maintenance plumbing/general maintenance;
- HWS installations and diagnosing HWS problems
- installation of rainwater tanks and pumps

We are recruiting for an Office Administration Manager as a Part Time contract of around 25 hrs with flexible working hours building up to 5 days (to be negotiated with the successful applicant) who will be responsible for assisting the Director in ensuring all office activities are kept on top of in a timely, accurate and professional manner. You may currently be working for another Plumber/Electrician or Trade related business and looking for a new challenge.

Experience is a MUST and the role will include the following:
- Be responsible for managing emails
- Keeping in contact with the Director to chase up required information or bringing relevant information to his attention as it comes in.
- Scheduling and managing jobs through our online job management software ServiceM8
- Calling up sanitary ware via email to the supplier for upcoming stages with the new homes
- Have knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivable processing and generating invoices through our management software Quickbooks (or experience in a similar system).
- Assist in ensuring our tax obligations are met (GST/PAYG)
- Assist in ensuring WH&S policies and equipment are up to date and in stock
- Manage job documents and plans online with file management and printing necessary files for upcoming jobs.
- Be highly organised to help manage and keep on top of the many areas of the business.
- Professionally communicate with a variety of clients, building supervisors and other relevant trade related professionals over the phone and through emails.
- Produce legally required documentation on completion of jobs and book in relevant inspections on particular jobs.
- Managing incoming and outgoing deliveries to the warehouse
- Be motivated to help your team of plumbers by being resourceful and showing initiative by thinking ahead.
- Strive towards producing high quality work in appropriate time frames at all times.

The successful applicant will be:
- suitably qualified with relevant experience outlined in a current CV
- Happy to work independently from an office within our warehouse in Salisbury Plain.
- Eager to learn our systems and be prepared to support us in taking the business to the next level with our rapid growth.
- Having a minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in the office administration role (for a plumbing or related trade business will be an advantage)
- Willing to undergo a transition period (length will depend on experience and how quick the business systems are picked up). This transition will start as 3 early afternoons a week (times negotiable on a Mon, Tues, & Fri). This will build up to independent work over 5 days.
