⚡ INVESTING IN THE NEXT GENERATION! ⚡

At Aquest, we believe developing the next generation of skilled tradespeople is an investment in the future of our industry.
We're proud to partner with CEG (Career Employment Group) to provide apprentices with valuable hands-on experience, practical skills and the support they need to build successful careers.

📸 Pictured is Jack, a CEG Electrical Apprentice hosted by Aquest, taking a break alongside Anthony visiting from CEG. Jack is assisting other Aquest technicians to assemble communication cabinets for our client in Olympic Dam.

Partnerships like these play an important role in strengthening our local workforce, creating opportunities for young people and ensuring our industry has the skills it needs for the future.

We're proud to play our part in developing tomorrow's tradespeople while continuing to add value in everything we do.

👏 Great to have you on the team, Jack!

Supporting Industry with Professional Equipment Installation

Another industrial installation recently completed by the Aquest team, supporting the integration of a new CNC machine into an operational facility.

Installing new equipment within an active workplace requires careful planning, coordination and attention to detail to ensure the job is completed safely and efficiently.

Proud to support our clients with the electrical expertise needed to keep their operations moving forward.

WELCOME TO THE AQUEST FAMILY, DARCI!

A huge congratulations to Amy and Hamish on the arrival of baby Darci.

From building a career as a talented electrician to beginning one of life’s greatest adventures - motherhood.
Amy has already shown what it means to be strong and capable by forging her own path in the electrical industry. Now, she begins a whole new journey in raising the next generation of strong, capable women.

There’s something pretty special about that.

We couldn’t be happier for Amy and Hamish and wish them a lifetime of love, laughter and memories with their new addition.

Welcome to the world, Darci Drue!
We think you’ve got a pretty great role model to look up to!

Yesterday was a difficult day for Whyalla.

For generations, the Steelworks has been more than an industry. It has provided livelihoods, supported local businesses, and helped shape the community we call home.

Behind yesterday’s announcement are people - workers, families, contractors, businesses, and friends, many who are facing uncertainty about what comes next.

At Aquest, Whyalla is our home. Our people live here, work here, raise their families here and are part of this community.

The road ahead may have challenges, but we believe in Whyalla, our people, and our future.

Today is R U OK? Day — a reminder that a simple conversation can make a real difference.

At Aquest, we believe looking out for each other is important, not just today, but every day. Taking the time to check in with a mate, colleague, family member or friend could be exactly what they need.

You don’t need to have all the answers. Sometimes, simply asking “Are you OK?”, listening and being there is enough.

Let’s keep the conversation going and continue building workplaces and communities where people feel supported and connected.

💛 Ask R U OK? Any Day.
