Meet our Operations Manager, Frank Modafferi.

Frank is the Averna family’s most tenured member, with 15 years of dedicated service. Frank began his career at Averna Homes in 2010, gradually taking on more responsibility while gaining a deep understanding of the construction process. As he progressed, he embraced leadership opportunities, working closely with our team to ensure we maintain the highest standards across all projects.

In his role as Operations Manager, Frank now oversees daily operations, focusing on process optimisation and ensuring projects stay on track, on time, and within budget. His contributions have been crucial to our success, and we are grateful for his unwavering commitment and expertise.

Raised by one of Perth’s leading bricklayers, Paul was destined to pursue a career in the building industry, following in his father’s footsteps while carving his own path by diversifying into the design and drafting field. After gaining invaluable experience working amongst some of Perth’s finest builders, Paul took the reigns of leading Averna Homes in 2012, guiding the company to the respected reputation it holds today. Paul’s love and passion for both his work and team is evident to all who have the opportunity to meet him.
