Found during a recent Termite Inspection of a subfloor in the South Wangaratta area. You can see multiple mud leads and Termite workings upon the brick peirs which have now unfortunately made their way to the flooring of the home. 🐜

With poor drainage and excessive moisture this spot has become the perfect place for the colony to establish themselves within the home and thrive even in the winter months. 🏡

The winter months are here and we're still finding termites making themselves cosy in the home. 🔥

These little blokes were found in a doorjamb no more then 2 meters from a wood heater, which kept the perfect temperature for them in these colder weeks.
