🛁 A bathroom is never just a bathroom.
🗒️It’s weeks and months and years of planning. Planning to the mm from the bare bones onwards.
✅The design has to be locked in 6 weeks in advance, including all selections!
😬That half height wall - it’s defined by the vanity, tapware, mirror selection, finished floor height and even by the clients intended use.
👍This bathroom here used to be a dining room. That meant stripping the entire space, walls, floor and ceiling included back to frames to provide correct services. It also gave me an opportunity to draught seal and insulate.
🫣The point is - bathrooms are such a lot of work and so complex and a lot of the detail that goes into them is unseen

Welcome to our ✨new project ✨
At first it was a hard no. To the budget, to the location, to the amount of work it needed to get it into decent shape… 🤮
But we came to a budget agreement and I did a walk through where my imagination went wild.
Our first full scope Design 🤝 Construct contract, I cannot wait.
