This project was about designing within the existing landscape, allowing new features to blend into the old.

This expansive Aldgate garden has been a collaborative process with our clients, where we’ve helped carve out new spaces while enhancing existing features. The aim has been to better reflect how they use and enjoy the garden today, while allowing it to continue evolving with them into the future.

Some of the elements we’ve worked on so far include:
- Water fountain & garden beds
- Bluestone steppers & lawn areas
- Wooden arbors
- Viewing platform & fire pit area
- Driveway and utilities areas

We’re looking forward to continuing this journey and working on more projects together in the future.

Project update in Belair 🌿�Our Landscape Designer, Eliza, takes us on a walk through one of her designs under construction.

This project is a great example of what can be achieved when the designer works closely with both the client and our crew throughout the construction process. One of the key challenges was retaining the steep bank, while seamlessly connecting the landscaping to the new home and the surrounding natural bushland of Belair.

We’re excited to see this one completed and can’t wait to revisit in a few months to see how the gardens have grown 🌱

It’s this time of year again - time to deadhead the aggies and get ready for the cooler weather (which we’re sure will set in any day now!)

On our task list this week:
🍂 Remove leaf litter as it falls
🍂 Top up mulch to help suppress weeds
🍂 Tidy up spent annuals
🍂 Lightly prune perennials to improve airflow (save heavy pruning for late winter)

Small jobs now will save you time and effort later.
