Fastening the Future with .

We’re proud to showcase the successful completion of our latest design and construct project in Welshpool for and their client, Hobson Engineering.

This project involved the full electrical design and installation of a state-of-the-art warehouse and office facility. A true example of what happens when quality, precision, and innovation come together.

From the outset, we worked closely with all stakeholders to ensure the design not only met but exceeded expectations. The result?.. a premium grade warehouse fitted out with the highest quality fixtures and finishes, including daylight harvesting .lighting light fittings that deliver both performance and sustainability.

This is more than just a functional space, it’s a high-performance environment tailored for the future of warehousing and logistics.

Residential work is not something we typically find ourselves doing. But when a good commercial strata client of ours calls us to help them out of a sticky situation we always get the job done.

We received an urgent call from a strata manager we work closely with as a member on the council had sold a unit within the complex, and they failed to get an electrical inspection conducted. The council member contacted a local electrician and found out the board was not compliant and they didn’t have availability for 3-4 weeks. Our strata manager called us to action and within the next business day we had the switchboard replaced, certificate submitted and job done so that the settlement of the property was not delayed and all parties were happy.

Solid relationships of reliability are key, and we thrive on the call to action to help our clients even if it is a little out of our typical scope. 💪🏼

🎬 4DX & Gold Class Cinemas at Event Cinemas Innaloo 🎬

Bayliss Electrical Group closed out 2024 with this big one! Just in time for a Christmas Day Grand Opening!

Event Cinemas Innaloo introduced a WA first and only the second in Australia!
4DX features new high-tech motion seating for a fully immersive experience, special effects including wind, fog, water and scents, acoustic drapes for optimised sound clarity, enhanced lighting, interiors, and premium finishes.

The high level special effects truss bars were winch motorised allowing the cinema operations and maintenance team to undertake all ongoing maintenance.

In conjunction with 4DX, the Gold Class cinemas 1- 4 underwent a complete refresh, designed to offer audiences enhanced luxury screening experience.

Along with all electrical and lighting services, Bayliss Electrical Group installed a fully integrated high speed, high tech data transfer system was installed throughout to every seat with fibre optic connectivity to ensure lightning fast data communications and effective operation of the cinema.

The power supplies had to be increased to cater for the load of the new cinema and equipment with the inclusion of the replacement of 3 x switchboards and Submains upgrades.

With time critical we relied on our depth of resources to scale up to 34 staff on site during the project’s peak.

We thank the Pitts Design and Construction team for placing their trust in us to deliver this project.

Bayliss Electrical Group have been awarded the electrical, communications, security and CCTV contract for the new ECU (Edith Cowan University) located in Yanchep WA.

The ECU Health Centre Yanchep will include two co-located, integrated, multidisciplinary health facilities, providing services which meet the current and future health needs of the rapidly growing Yanchep community, while improving health and wellbeing outcomes.

We thank our client Renascent for continuing to place your trust in us to deliver another exceptional build and we look forward to getting started in the weeks to come.

❗️PROJECT AWARD - WALLIS DRILLING HQ❗️

Bayliss Group are excited to share that in late 2024 we were awarded the Electrical and communications contract for the construction of the new Wallis Drilling state of the art headquarters in Hazelmere WA.

The project is divided into a series of 6 separate buildings across a huge lot housing various uses which are positioned strategically north-south across the length of the site.

The core manufacturing facilities are located toward the rear of the site, housing the stores, fabrication, assembly and maintenance buildings, the wash+blast shed and driver mobilisation facility with a well-lit hard stand and parking and storage area.

Located at the front of the site is a two-level architecturally designed office building and a machine shop which establishes the iconic gateway of twin gabled roof forms for visitors into the site.

This building was to be the heart of the development as a place for the Wallis Drilling team to take pride in and invite guests to share and celebrate their innovation and success.

We thank the team at West Construction for again trusting us with another exciting development strengthening our relationship together. We take great pride in having a well respected builder place their trust in us to deliver such a development.

We are thrilled to share the successful completion and handover of the CAHS redevelopment in the HOLLYWOOD PRIVATE HOSPITAL.

The Nickoll Ward included anti-ligature switches, lights, power points and buttons to ensure client safety. A detailed automatic monitoring and security system, nurse call units, paging systems, CCTV, Access Control, Security, Wireless access systems and all Electrical and Lighting.

The scope also included new switchboards and re-identification and labelling of existing along with new mechanical services supplies.

Our appreciation goes out to our builder and clients for placing your trust in us to deliver this project on time and to a high standard.
