A gravel courtyard should be low maintenance—but when the weeds take over, it can quickly become more garden than gravel.

For this property in Kearney's Spring, we hand weeded the entire courtyard, clearing out the unwanted growth and leaving behind nothing but clean, tidy gravel. A simple transformation that makes a huge difference.

🦎 We turned up to this job and immediately realised we'd arrived at the wrong time...

Apparently the monthly Bearded Dragon Owners Corporation meeting was already underway. 😅

Not one. Not two. FOUR bearded dragons were spread across the backyard soaking up the sun and discussing important lizard business.

The agenda appeared to include:
✔️ Best basking locations
✔️ Insect procurement strategies
✔️ Whether the humans should be allowed to continue working

We're still waiting to hear if our permit was approved. 😂

There's something satisfying about a simple long-grass mow 😌

This Harristown property had gotten a little out of hand, but a quick pass with the mower brought it back under control and completely changed the look of the yard.
