A few bits and pieces done at this property to bring it up to standards. Lots of foliage from the neighbouring property causing the gutters to block up constantly.

The new rain head in the outdoor area will also give the client somewhere to gain access to the gutter and clean it out rather than going up on the roof.

An additional spreader installed on the lower roof the relieve the front section.

We also corrected some of the levels to prevent any pooling on the system.

After pulling off the old gutters we noticed we had bigger problems - all the fascia boards were virtually rotted through. So we organised to have them replaced for the client.
