👍🥸 A nice round of expert troubleshooting from Henry. We were called to hot water unit only producing hot water at 35ish degrees. Henry managed to pinpoint the fault; he found the heater was set to wrong gas type (natural gas instead of LPG). This is an extremely rare fault however, Henry met the challenge! He fixed the issue, set up the unit, recommissioned the gas pressures and handed over a fully functional HOT water unit. Well done Henry, we’re proud of you 🔥🔥❤️

👍👍💦 We relined a small 40mm waste pipe under the building slab because another plumbing company used a Hydro Jetting Machine way too aggressively. They smashed the back of the basin waste elbow right out which meant water pouring under the foundations. The owners thought they’d have to smash out the bathroom, the tilled floor and the slab to repair with an estimated cost of 20k!! We managed to reline the pipe for a fraction of the cost and no damage whatsoever to the bathroom or vanity.

Are you sick and tired of hanging your shower head on a piece of rope after every shower!!? 🤣 We’ll luckily for our client in Westlakes there’s going to be no more of that.
Our client come to us looking for a solution that would suit her tall children and also have the detachable wand for ease of cleaning the shower when need be.

We had a call early doors from a client in Westlakes today about an isolation ball valve handle had corroded due to the harsh earth it was covered in! This meant her unit was unable to be shutoff after a burst pipe had caused serious damage to the unit and morning disruption for her not so happy 14 neighbours.
We came racing over within the hour, got the concrete cut, pipework exposed, new valve installed & water back on the the neighbours just in time for all the fun friday night shenanigans! Not to mention it was also re concreted and made looking brand new all in the same visit!
This new T head valve we’ve installed is now heavy duty brass along with aggregate layed underneath it therefore meaning It’ll be out of the earth, super durable and easily serviceable for life!
For everyone reading this at home if you’re living in a unit go take the time to have a 2 minute check over your isolation valve in preperation for the worst case scenario! If you’re needing yours replaced here’s where you’ll find us! ⬇️
