We had A LOT of stairs!

The old stairs and access to the house on the low side of the street needed replacing, so we’ve given this steep little section a much-needed makeover.

They’re now new, sturdy and safe 🪚🌿🏡

Bathroom update 🤍

This one is shaping up to feel like a little secluded resort retreat. We couldn’t have a window in this space, so we’ve added a skylight to bring in plenty of natural light, with good exhaust fans planned for ventilation.

We’ve kept the tiles and overall palette really cohesive, with the wall and floor tones working together to create that almost carved-from-stone, all-in-one feel. Paired with the clean lines and mitred edges, it gives the space a really simple but sophisticated finish.

And because we had the room, a bath was definitely a must. 🛁 Perfect for the kids… and a good soak for Mum!

Clean, calm and understated, with a little bit of that secluded spa vibe. ✨

This home has had a complete flooring transformation, creating a fresh, modern look throughout the entire house.

We removed the existing carpet and flooring, prepared the subfloor with self-levelling throughout to ensure a quality finish, then installed Quick-Step Blackbutt-style flooring for a warm, timeless timber look.

To complete the transformation, we removed and replaced the skirting boards throughout the home, giving every room a clean, finished appearance.

A quality floor is more than just a surface - it sets the tone for the entire home. With careful preparation and attention to detail, this space has been given a whole new feel.

This renovation was about more than just creating a beautiful bathroom - it was about building a space our clients can enjoy for years to come.

To create a seamless transition, we removed and lowered the subfloor so the bathroom sits level with the external flooring, improving accessibility and reducing trip hazards. We also future-proofed the space with strategically placed grab rails, an open walk-in shower, and a layout designed to support independent living as needs change.

While functionality was a priority, we didn’t compromise on style. Gold accents throughout, including the shower screen hardware and grab rails, create a cohesive, modern finish, while the picture rails preserve the heritage character of the home and blend beautifully with its original charm.

The result is a bathroom that’s practical, elegant, and built to stand the test of time.

Thinking about renovating your bathroom? We’d love to help bring your vision to life.

Really love the finish on our client’s front porch. The new tiles have made a huge difference and the finished cladding and windows really lift the street appeal of this house. A clean, modern update while still keeping its character. 🔨🏡

We’re getting there with this outdoor back area 🤎

Loving working with decking - the quality is next level and it’s built to last. Definitely worth every penny. You get that beautiful, natural timber look without all the upkeep 🙌

Can’t wait to carry this through to the front as well… it’s going to look pretty special 👌

Cladding almost complete and scaffold down - a key milestone as this renovation starts to feel more complete.

Next, we move into the rear undercover deck, featuring the Pioneer range in Blackbutt. A premium, low-maintenance finish that will elevate the space and complement the home’s overall design.

Not far off now - this area is set up perfectly for relaxed afternoons, good food and time well spent outdoors.

Some of our favourite finishing touches from this Umina Beach extension.

The aim was to create a new part of the home that felt full of character and seamlessly connected to the original house. We kept the palette mostly monotone, layering in warmth with subtle mid-century influences and carefully selected finishes.

The extension includes two bathrooms (one an ensuite), a laundry, parents’ retreat, dining and lounge spaces, and a flowing outdoor area designed for relaxed coastal living.

Really proud of how this one came together. ✨

Throwback to the early days of this extension in Umina Beach.
A great project that came together in just a few months thanks to careful planning and a solid team of reliable trades.

One of Cam’s biggest strengths is coordinating the trades and keeping everything running smoothly on site — which means the job stays on track and clients get a stress-free build. 🔨

Quality work, good communication and a team that takes pride in the end result.
