MENTAL HEALTH

This week we made it a priority to head along to hear from Stevie Baker (ex-AFL) and Daniel Prien from TIACS at a fantastic NECA-hosted workshop.

We explored mental health, resilience, grit over talent, navigating depression and processing loss — while learning the importance of looking out for each other and knowing where to find support.

A great opportunity to learn, connect and have some important conversations. 💙

Switch Board Upgrade ⚡️ - completed at our Local Gawler Store recently ⛽️

This switchboard has had a huge glow up - completely upgraded to bring it up to current safety standards, the ugrades have included:

✔️ Individual RCBO protection on circuits
✔️ Installation Protection Device (IPD)
✔️ Modern metal enclosure
✔️ Clear circuit labelling
✔️ Neat, compliant installation with room for future expansion.

Making it safer, more reliable and will make any future additions or maintenance much easier.

ROUGH IN 🛠

The rough in stage is often under-rated. After all, most of what we do at this stage is eventually covered up and hidden behind the plaster.

But this is where the bulk of the planning and precision happens — double checking plans and carefully marking everything out.

Taking a little extra time and getting it right here, results in a smoother install from start to finish! 👍
