Today marks the beginning of National Safe Work Month, a time to reflect on how we plan and implement safe practices across our workplaces and communities.

The theme for 2026 is ‘Safe work is for life’, which we couldn’t agree more with. At Hardings Group, we are always looking at how we can better protect the health and safety of our workers and community members.

Our Traffic Management Division does an excellent job of keeping workers, motorists and pedestrians safe during roadworks and outdoor events.

Internally, we publish safety alerts to keep our workers informed and up to date on policies, procedures and current activities.

We also have Proxicam installed across our equipment to give our operators greater visibility and help them complete work as safely as possible.

We recommend visiting the Safe Work Australian website for free resources you can apply at your place of work safeworkaustralia.gov.au/national-safe-work-month

Great to be on board again and see Bailey Sharp a long term employee of Hardings joining McMillan Racing for the upcoming season

🏁 𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒 𝐆𝐑𝐎𝐔𝐏 - 𝐋𝐎𝐂𝐊𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐎𝐍! 🏁
Our partnership with Hardings Group began back last year, when they jumped on board to support Analeigh and her trip to Adelaide to race at NAPA Speedway during the Supercars Grand Final weekend.
What started with support for an amazing racing opportunity has continued into another season, and we’re incredibly grateful to have Hardings Group continuing their support of McMillan Racing for the 2026/2027 Speedway season. 🧡
Hardings Group do a whole lot more than just roadworks. Their work covers everything from larger civil projects and road construction through to driveways and smaller jobs around the place. No matter the size of the job, they bring the same experience, equipment and know-how to get it done. 🚧
It’s great to have a local business that was willing to get behind Analeigh for such a big opportunity and continue to support our team back here at home.
A massive thank you to Hardings Group for sticking with McMillan Racing — we’re proud to have you along for another season! 🧡 🏁

At Hardings Group, we make our linemarking to last harsh weather conditions and constant traffic.

We use a thermoplastic paint to help lines retain their shape and vibrancy under the hot summer sun. Combine that with the installation of safety island rumble bars, and you will be able to clearly read the road and follow the lines home to safety.
