Another project out of the workshop this afternoon, an absolute monster of a pizza oven fully custom made from recycled bridge pylon steel and an old wood stove. This one of a kind oven features a 1 metre working height to easily slide in pizzas and doubles as a smoker with the ability to fully shut the chimney with rails inside to hang an assortment of meats. A quick test run last night seen it reach working temperature in around an hour and held heat until this afternoon. Once completed a controlled weathered finish was added to create a nice patina without compromising the steel.
