⚡ Switchboard Upgrade in Wandana Heights! ⚡

This old board was well overdue for a refresh! With so many additions over the years, it had run out of space, making it unsafe and non-compliant. ❌⚠️

✅ The solution? A brand-new switchboard, relocated to the garage on the opposite side of the wall—giving it plenty of room, a much neater finish, and, most importantly, a safer setup! 🔧🔩

Does your switchboard need some love? ❤️⚡ Upgrade to a safer, tidier setup today—get in touch! 📞💡

With tool and car thefts increasing around the Surf Coast, now is the time to step up your home security. A motion-activated floodlight & security camera can help deter intruders, capture crucial footage, and give you peace of mind.

This recent install was set up to protect an entire front entrance—lighting up the area and keeping an eye on any movement. A simple upgrade like this can make a big difference!

🚨 Smoke Alarm Regulations: Is Your Home Compliant? 🚨

Did you know? 🏠 Homes built after 1st August 1997 must have smoke alarms that are:
✔️ Hardwired to 240V mains power, and
✔️ Equipped with a backup battery.

If your home was built before this date, you may only require battery-powered smoke alarms. However, upgrading to interconnected alarms for maximum safety is highly recommended.

As an electrician with over 15 years of experience, I can professionally install and interconnect hardwired smoke alarms to ensure your family’s safety and compliance with regulations.

📞 Contact me at Remel Electrics today for a consultation or to schedule your installation. Let’s make your home safer together!

It's ceiling fan season!
Ceiling fans can increase the efficiency of your air-conditioning or evaporative cooling by circulating the air around a room or area. They also work great in winter in reverse to disperse warm air from your heater!

These ones were installed in a home in Hamlyn Heights this week and look great!
