And just like that, I’m all finished for the year! Thank you so much to all my wonderful clients for entrusting me with the design of your homes. It’s been an amazing year! Plans drawn to incorporate an external shed into the main house and convert it to an ensuite. Once again, I had so much fun with the problem solving aspects of this small job. I love what I do 🥰

Another internal remodel ready for the client. I absolutely love the problem solving aspect of these jobs. Turning awkward, wasted spaces into usable, free flowing living! From a rabbits warren of rooms, to an inclusive central living hub with light!

For a month from tomorrow (Tuesday 10/10), Bronwen Adey Building Design will proudly be hosting a Pretty Pink Bin from Woman Hood Central Coast. The purpose of these bins is to collect new, unopened toiletries to be distributed to those in need. Please see comments for the list of items they are after.

So come on over and drop in all your spares!! The bin will be located outside

Orientation is so important! This north facing deck captures the beautiful winter sun, whilst being shaded from the overhead sun in summer. The west facing side has louvre windows to control the through breeze, with shading to reduce the harsh, hot afternoon sun.
