Specialist Traffic Management services throughout our involvement with our recently awarded project of the Bourke Healthcare Centre.

Our involvement will focus on developing practical traffic management strategies that support safe and efficient construction operations, while maintaining access and minimising impacts to the surrounding road network and local community.

DC goes Interstate!

A milestone achieved as we support the major proposed development in Broadbeach QLD.

Transport feasibility, construction loading strategies, traffic management planning and approvals coordination for the movement and delivery of 460 modular units into an urban environment.

From transport logistics through to on street loading, DC are developing strategies to keep construction moving safely and efficiently while maintaining the surrounding road network.

Great to see strong progress continuing at Unitas Business Park with precast panel installation now underway across site.

This phase represents a key milestone in the delivery program and requires detailed coordination around heavy vehicle movements, crane lift zones, delivery sequencing and access management within an active business precinct environment.

Supporting this stage through the Construction Traffic Management Plan has been critical to maintaining safe operations and ensuring installation activities integrate efficiently with surrounding road users and neighbouring tenancies.
As structural elements continue to rise, these works are also closely tied into the broader civil services interfaces across the site, helping set up the next stages of construction as the development continues to take shape.

Working along one of Sydney’s busiest arterial corridors, we delivered both the traffic consultancy and traffic control package to support the staged demolition and reconstruction of pedestrian footpaths along Canterbury Road.

From concrete demolition through to formwork, reinforcement and pours, our team managed traffic staging, pedestrian protection and safe work zones within a high-volume traffic environment, keeping the corridor moving while critical infrastructure upgrades were delivered.

We are proud to see our design transition from paper to road base, with construction now underway at the Unitas Business Park Development in Rouse Hill NSW.

Our Swept Path Analysis (SPA) and access layout enhanced via our Construction Traffic Management Plan (CTMP) are directly informing the live civil works, ensuring kerb line, crossover and gate install complies with Medium Rigid Vehicles (MRV) and Heat Rigid Vehicles (HRV).

This is a critical stage of the project delivery, where sub grade works, driveway formation, and service coordination must align with movement envelopes and logistics.

Our consulting role goes beyond the design.

We are pleased to announce our appointment as Traffic Management Consultants for the Goulburn Workers Club Redevelopment, encompassing new access arrangements, façade upgrades and site improvements.

Our submission achieved full Council approval, supported by a comprehensive Construction Traffic Management Plan, technical Swept Path Analysis for MRV, HRV & SRV vehicle classes, and a compliant Traffic Guidance Scheme prepared in accordance with AS1742.3 and TCAWS.

As works progress, these approved traffic conditions and staging measures will be implemented on-site to support safe construction access, protect pedestrian desire lines, and maintain uninterrupted operations for club patrons and neighbouring businesses.

DC Traffix will continue to monitor, refine and update all traffic arrangements throughout the construction period to ensure ongoing compliance, safety and efficiency.

Traffic engineering plays a critical role in supporting safe construction delivery and long term community benefit.

For the Condell Park High School car park upgrade, DC Traffix delivered a fully engineered TGS and CTMP, incorporating swept path performance, pedestrian separation strategies, access route optimisation and strategic staging aligned to school operations.

This approach reduces construction related impacts on local traffic, preserved essential access for students and residents, and created a framework for safe, compliant and efficient works delivery.

Once operational, the refined car park design will alleviate congestion, enhance safety, and improve circulation for the broader community, strengthening the school’s role as an important local hub.
