We carried out a full residential strata exterior renovation, delivering long-lasting protection and a refreshed aesthetic.

🛠️ Scope of Works:
• High-pressure exterior facade wash
• Remedial repairs & concrete spalling (800L)
• Facade joint replacements (800LM)
• Planter box waterproofing
• Roof waterproofing (800 sqm)
• Installation of Colourbond capping
• New height safety anchor system
• Full exterior repainting – balcony walls, blade walls & parapets
• Interior repainting of common areas
• Landscaping upgrades
