A handyman did a very dodgy job installing a non fire rated digital for a unit door.
The owner was informed his door was no longer fire compliant & had to basically get a new door.
Lucky he got in contact with us because we were able to install a fire rated Lockwood 3772 Cortex digital with stainless steel scar plates to cover the existing holes & save the customer $1,500!
His door is now self latching, secure & not to mention he can program codes & swipe cards into the lock.
There’s also a key override cylinder for backup entry.

Carbine fire rated digital leverset with wrap around stainless steel cover plate supplied & installed. Door was kicked in & badly damaged.
We were able to cover the holes & also upgrade the security in a cost effective way without having to replace the entire door.
